Terms of Service – Strukt

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Strukt mobile application (“Strukt” or “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Strukt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
“Strukt,” “we,” and “us” refer to Strukt AB.
“You” and “user” refer to any person who uses the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Strukt.
If your local law requires a higher minimum age for us to lawfully provide the Services without parental consent, you must meet that minimum age.

3. Subscriptions and Payment
All features of Strukt require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Apple Inc. handles all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
We do not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds.
For details on managing or canceling your subscription, please follow Apple’s instructions.
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your Apple account.

4. Use of the App
You agree to:

  • Use Strukt only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or its content
  • Keep your device secure and avoid actions that could compromise app functionality

We may update, change, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software in Strukt are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Strukt for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Pricing
Our standard subscription price is currently $100 per year (the “Standard Price”).
We reserve the right to adjust the Standard Price at any time, including increasing or decreasing the price for future subscriptions or renewals.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted pricing (such as reduced pricing for early users or other offers). Each promotion will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing:

  • Applies only to the specific users and/or time period identified in the offer
  • Does not guarantee that the same pricing will be available in the future
  • Does not entitle you to any refund or adjustment if the Standard Price or other promotions change after your purchase

If you are eligible for a promotional rate that specifies ongoing discounted pricing (for example, for the first [999] users), that rate will continue to apply in accordance with the terms of that specific promotion.

7. Multiplayer Focus Sessions
Strukt includes multiplayer focus sessions where you can create and share focus sessions with up to three other participants via an invite code. These sessions allow participants to view and interact with tasks, timers, and session progress in real-time. Profile pictures and usernames are displayed to other participants.

By using multiplayer focus sessions, you agree to the following:

  • User Conduct: You are responsible for your username and profile image. Do not use offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. Invite only people you trust; sessions are private. Strukt is not liable for participant content or misuse.
  • Account and Privacy: Your Firebase Authentication User ID, username, and profile image may be stored temporarily in Firebase to enable real-time synchronization. We do not monitor participant activity.
  • Limitation of Liability: Strukt is not responsible for disputes between participants, loss of session data, or misuse of the multiplayer feature.
  • Data Retention: Sessions are deleted automatically when all participants leave. You may request deletion of your session data at any time.
  • Consent: By joining or creating a multiplayer session, you consent to the collection and use of your username, profile image, and session data as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, business, or profits, arising from your use of Strukt.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription during the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted in the App or on our website.
