1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Strukt handles your information when you use our mobile application, visit our website, interact with our social media accounts, or contact us.

When we say “you” or “user,” we mean anyone using our app or related services.

When we say “Strukt,” “we,” or “our,” we mean Ecom GD Group AB, the organization responsible for your information as described here.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Your Content in Strukt

Strukt is designed so that your personal entries, including notes, journals, habits, tasks, focus timers, countdowns, detox tracking, and progress data, remain under your control.

• Your content is stored on your device.

• We cannot read, modify, or share your data.

2.2 Multiplayer Focus Sessions

Data Collection and Use

When you participate in multiplayer focus sessions, we collect the following information:

• User Identification: Firebase Authentication User ID and chosen username

• Profile Information: Profile image, if provided, stored as base64 encoded data

• Session Data: Focus session titles, task names, duration, and progress information

• Activity Data: Session participation timestamps, activity status, and real-time interaction events including play, pause, skip, add time, add tasks, reorder tasks, and task completion

This data is collected solely to enable real-time synchronization between participants and provide the multiplayer focus experience.

Legal Basis (GDPR)

The legal basis for processing multiplayer session data is your consent. By creating or joining a multiplayer session, you consent to the collection and sharing of this information as described. You can withdraw your consent at any time by leaving all active sessions and requesting deletion of your data.

Data Sharing

We share the following information with other participants in your focus sessions:

• Your username and profile image, visible to all participants

• Your session participation status and activity

• Focus session content and progress

• Real-time interaction events such as play, pause, skip, add time, add tasks, reorder tasks, and task completion

We do not share this data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

Third-Party Services and International Transfers

We use Firebase (Google) to store and synchronize multiplayer session data. This data may be processed on servers outside of your country, including in the United States. Google protects this data using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure GDPR compliance.

Data Retention

• Session data is stored temporarily in Firebase Firestore.

• Sessions are deleted within 7 days.

Security

All multiplayer session data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

2.3 Technical Data

We may receive limited technical information when you use Strukt, such as device type and operating system version, app version, crash reports, or diagnostic logs. This information is used solely to ensure the app functions correctly and to fix issues. It is never sold, shared for advertising, or linked to your identity.

2.4 Sign in with Apple

If you log in using Sign in with Apple, authentication is handled entirely by Apple.

• We do not see your password.

• You can choose whether to share your email address with us.

• Syncing happens on your device under Apple’s terms.

2.5 Analytics

Strukt includes an analytics page that shows your personal activity trends. These are calculated locally on your device and never sent to us.

2.6 Purchases

Purchases made in Strukt are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. For refunds or billing questions, contact Apple.

2.7 Contacting Us

If you email us or use a contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, email, message) to respond to you.

3. Data Retention

• Your personal content remains on your device until you delete it.

• Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to resolve issues.

• Contact emails may be stored for support purposes but can be deleted on request.

4. Children’s Privacy

Strukt is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, withdraw consent, or object to specific types of processing.

6. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The most recent version will always be available in the app and on our website.
